Morton County Council on Aging

Supporting Seniors with Dignity and Care – For over 50 years, the Morton County Council on Aging has been dedicated to enhancing the well-being of older adults in Morton and Oliver Counties. Through nutritional programs, health services, transportation, education, and social activities, the organization works to eliminate barriers that isolate seniors, allowing them to live their later years with dignity and independence.

A key component of their services is the Older Americans Act Title III Nutrition Program, which ensures that older adults—especially those in rural areas—receive the nutrition they need to remain healthy in their own homes. Senior centers and other aging services also provide social engagement and essential resources, helping seniors maintain their health and independence while combating social isolation.

With a focus on assisting low-income seniors, the Morton County Council on Aging remains committed to providing cost-effective solutions that support a dignified and fulfilling retirement.

As a grantee of The Tom and Frances Leach Foundation, Inc., the Council continues to expand its impact, ensuring older adults receive the care and services they need.
