Providing Hope and Assistance to Those in Need. Since 1983, AID, Incorporated has been a vital resource for individuals and families in Morton and Burleigh Counties, offering temporary emergency assistance to those working to improve their circumstances. With a mission to help people help themselves, AID, Inc. provides both financial and non-financial support to low-income individuals facing hardship.
Financial aid includes rent and utility assistance, deposits, transportation support, medical aid, identification services, and temporary lodging, among other essential needs. Non-financial assistance comes through a robust Food Pantry and Thrift Shop, supplying nutritious food, clothing, bedding, furniture, and household essentials—all free to qualifying clients.
In 2022, AID, Inc. provided over $121,000 in financial assistance and distributed over 109,000 pounds of food to individuals, families, and community organizations. The organization serves single parents, seniors, veterans, individuals facing homelessness, and those dealing with substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health struggles, or disabilities.
With support from The Tom and Frances Leach Foundation, Inc., AID, Inc. continues to expand its ability to provide critical aid, ensuring that those in crisis receive hope, stability, and a path forward.
